Doesn’t it seem like food and family go hand in hand? Think about it.

See?
As we pass yet another (delicious) Christmas, and soon a whole year, I have realized that I now have this reputation of eating lots of poutine. Is it a bad thing? They are excellent.
In case you don’t know what a poutine is, read the shirt in the picture.
When will I travel again? Is it going to be yet another tour? I hope so. However, I am trying to plan a snowboard trip to Fernie before the end of the month. Any and all support (money, high fives… poutine) would be greatly appreciated.
Have a good night!
ps: on Christmas morning, I was woken up with bacon.
This morning I was tricked. I usually wake up at 10:51 and get to work at for 11(ish). But today, my aunt was over an decided to wake me up early for breakfast. I thought it was 10:30 but apparently it was 9:30.
There’s a 9:30 I’m the morning? I don’t know how I feel about that.
I didn’t see Christmas coming and, all of a sudden, it’s in 3 days. I guess everyone’s getting gift certificates.
That is a picture of a calendar. it helps me know what day it is, since my jobs have made me forget what a weekend is.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
This is Floyd. He spends most of his time watching over the van. He also doubles as a pillow. He is always ready to help anyone who wants to have a nap or isn’t comfortable on their seat. this is his first tour but he has enjoyed every minute of it.
He is currently watching me eat a cake.
Good.
Bye.
I know that you’re jealous of this delicious concoction but I came up with it so I deserve royalties. Yes, there are fries in that cheeseburger and yes, it is stacked on a grilled cheese. Did I finish it? I think so. I also had a Dr Pepper with it.
In other news, I wanted to have a poutine with it. But I didn’t.
See you later friends.
This is a nature shot. Water, trees, beaver dam. Tranquility. I don’t think I’ve ever written something this pretty. This picture was taken a few weeks ago by Lake of the Woods during a golfcart/lawn mower with trailer ride.
I just thought you might want to know about stuff.
In other news. I’m sick as hell and I’ve spent the last 5 days on the couch! Didn’t get to do anything fun and worked 16 hours yesterday. Usually I love those days but because I have a cold (who gets a cold in summer?) it felt extra long.
Here we go, another nap. Headache please leave.
It’s 3:42am
For those who weren’t watching Much at this exact moment, this is Ryan and I on New.Music.Live with our friend Phoebe. Maybe that’s why we were always at the front? Either way, this has been, by far, the biggest shameless act of self promotion I have done (for those who don’t know, Live Edge Productions is my company).
I just thought I would share this with you.
It is now 3:45am
Central time.
Goodnight.
There it is boys and girls, we have been taken to the pilot. Of course, this just happens to be a gas station with the same name. Coincidence or not, our name has now been deemed useless but shall be kept anyways.
This one time, I was sitting in my truck, in the back lane at a venue where I work, waiting for the guy with the keys to show up (since I forgot mine). Looking around I realized how dirty this place is and am surprised that anyone would want to walk back here. Of course, when it’s the most crowded, it is night and the people are more interested in meeting bands than the cleanliness of their surroundings but really, would it hurt to walk ten feet and throw away your garbage? Is it that hard to find a toilet?
Funny, we play here next week. I guess I won’t be working that show? Maybe people will want to talk to us? Maybe it will be clean by then? Wait, is that my job?
Oh, the keys are here. To work I go!
Yes, this is a picture of a delicious milkshake I had in Edmonton a few days ago. We went to Red Robin along with multiple other delicious places.
Yeah, you wish this was a restaurant review don’t you? Juicy paragraphs peppered with spicy comments about food, perhaps a side of sarcasm?
As I lay here, I think of how I’m not used to waking up early or being in front of the camera. Both of which I have to do tomorrow. If I’m lucky, I’ll manage to find myself free parking and some work after we’re done. Funny how this world works. With it’s hidden opportunities and interesting personalities disguised as regular people ready to teach you something new. Not necessarily always useful at the time but you never know when it might come in handy.
It’s kind of like this milkshake. Delicious in the inside and delicious looking outside.
Wait. What?
I would really like it if people reminded me to update this. That would be cool.
We are in banff. We did some snowboarding, there will be more to come tomorrow and Saturday. This next few months are gonna be pretty exciting if I may say so myself. So I should have things to post.
This goes out to the people who bought condoms and rented a movie at Safeway yesterday.
Eric’s pee was the least handicapped pee in the handicap stall. He stood far from the toilet and pee’d in an arc.
He was wondering if we had heard about his pee and I thought I would tell him that it had been blogged about for the 2 friends I have to see.
